Our school counselor is here to support all the students and families. Our counselor provides whole class lessons, small groups, and 1:1 support. A parent can make an appointment with the school counselor through the office at any time. The counselor will help students with academic, personal, social, or behavioral issues. The main goal is to help students understand themselves to make good decisions.
Conversations between the school counselor and students will remain confidential, within legal limits. For example, reports of abuse and/or neglect must be reported to the proper authorities. Parents are informed about safety issues that emerge during this process.
